The United Way has been designated as our charity for payroll deduction and company match.

Forms are available through HR and/or your Supervisor

Local causes are able to be designated on the form

United Way’s Community Investment Fund supports 48 health and human service programs of 37 local nonprofit agencies.

Attention all Adient Employees:

With the school year fast approaching for your children; and the uncertainty in how each school system will approach educating in these uncertain times. Adient would like to suggest that you begin thinking about how you might be able to best manage potentially added personal responsibilities in your children’s education.

To that end, Adient would like to offer these potential suggestions, tips, recommendations:  

• Seek alternatives for children if the school system decides to offer virtual learning only. 
• Seek additional childcare options. 
• Consider shift change. 
• Visit your local school district website for further suggestions.

Reminder:  To know when you return

• All team members must enter through main entry only
  
  • First day orientation in LW1 Lunchroom
• Each team member will be required to have their temperature confirmed each day upon arrival
• Face Coverings are required when in the plant – new PPE
  • Adient will supply face coverings
  • Face covers from home can be worn after approval
• Extra cleaning protocols have been implemented.  Training will take place the fist day upon your return.
• Remember Social Distancing  6 feet – this includes when entering the building.

**  Remember – when you are scheduled to return to work your “Well Being Survey” is to be completed no more than 24 hours before you return to work.
